I'm not that busy...

Have you ever thought "I'm not that busy" only to get ill for several days and have to reschedule or cancel so many different things that you can no longer believe that statement:) That was my life this week. Most of the time I know I am busy (as most mom's are), but assume that since that is my "normal" there is no reason to change in any way.  After this week, having to let go and do some necessary self care, it was a good reminder that not only do I "get to" instead of "have to", but that if I don't-the world still goes on:) Happy Mother's Day!
